Refunds:

The Haus of Laser Sydney maintains a strict no-refund policy on all treatments, services, education programs, and courses offered. All treatments and services are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person, treatment, or clinic.

Prepaid Packages:

Packages purchased in advance or as part of a bundle are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person, treatment, or clinic.

Please note that all prepaid treatments will automatically expire 24 months from the date of purchase, after which they will be cancelled without eligibility for a refund.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify the clinic at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

A $50 cancellation fee will apply if

• You fail to attend your appointment,
  
• You cancel on the day of your appointment, or
  
• The clinic does not receive at least 24 hours’ notice of your cancellation.
  

This policy applies to all services, including prepaid treatments.

New Clients:

If you are visiting the clinic for the first time, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete the necessary paperwork.
